Corporate services

This is where we complete an independent and impartial view of your business’ existing situation and provide a documented report on all areas of corporate financial planning.

Auto enrolment legislation was introduced by the Government in 2012, meaning that all employers with at least one employee must have a Workplace Pension Scheme. We support employers with meeting their ongoing duties under this legislation.

Purchasing commercial property through a pension fund is increasingly popular amongst business owners given its tax efficiency.

Group protection can make a huge difference to your employees’ and your own financial circumstances and wellbeing should the unexpected happen.

One of the risks associated with owning a business is that your shareholders or partners may die. Shareholder/partnership cover ensures that you retain control of your business by having the funds to buy the deceased owner’s share.

Business insurances cover a variety of risks which could impact your business and take into consideration a range of factors including your turnover, location, industry, and number of employees.

Attivo Financial Planning has expertise in researching and recommending investment strategies when investing on behalf of your company. We can also assess your charity’s individual circumstances and offer advice on your investment options.

There will come a time when owners look to sell their business, be it at retirement or before. This could be through trade sale, management buyout, private equity investment, or an Initial Public Offering/flotation.

Either over the phone or at a place convenient for you, one of our Trainee Financial Planners will introduce Attivo Financial Planning to you and answer any questions you have about us or the corporate financial planning process.
